Breathe. Don't go through what you're going through alone. Join us bi-weekly to learn how to reduce any stress and anxiety.

We've partnered up with qualified professionals to chat with our Sheridan community on emotional freedom methods and heart breathing techniques.

Sign up below and you'll be entered for a chance to win wellness prizes like a diffuser and essential oils when you attend.

Sheridan College Counselling

Free counselling services are offered to assist students in building solutions to their own personal, emotional, or interpersonal concerns that may be impacting their academic success at Sheridan. Empower Me

Empower Me allows students to connect with qualified counsellors, consultants, and life coaches for a variety of issues. As a Sheridan student, you are entitled to sessions delivered in person, by telephone, by video-counselling, or by e-counselling. For more information, click here.
