MEET THE ARTIST
Micah Nelson is a Holistic Health Practitioner, Yoga instructor and artist. She is also an elementary school teacher, actor and best-selling author. Blending over 15 years of professional arts and wellness experience, Micah creates unique and empowering online and in-person experiences. She is deeply passionate about the arts and community engagement. As the owner of Balance First Workshops, focusing on visual arts, she channels her love for creativity into giving back to society through raising funds for children’s charities close to her heart and showcasing the work of female artists, empowering both creators and beneficiaries.
