Smoothies not only look good on the gram, but are a perfect way to get your fruits and vegetables in, in an easy and fun way! You can mix it up and experiment with optional ingredients to make your own smoothie concoction! Here are a few optional ingredients.

Strawberry Smile
4-5 Strawberries
½ cup of chopped pineapple
1 Banana
1 cup vanilla yogurt
2. Papaya Lassi
½ cup of chopped papaya
1 cup yogurt
1-inch piece of raw ginger
¼ tsp nutmeg
1 tbs Sugar, or add to taste
1 cup ice
3. Tropic Thunder
½ cup Mango
½ cup chopped Pineapple
Juice of ½ a Lemon
Juice of ½ a Lime
1 cup ice
Fun tip! Save the other halves of citrus and slice it to add to your water!
4. Peanut Punch
½ cup Peanut Butter
1 ripe banana
1 cup Evaporated milk
Sugar, to taste
½ cup Ice
